Story Title : Imaginations Run Wild

Nurturing the imaginative skills in children is very important. I penned my story with an effort to spread  awareness regarding the same.

In my story a little girl named Sundari has vivid imaginations. She draws a white elephant with five heads and wings in her science class. Her science teacher is not pleased with her drawing and her friends mock her. Sundari comes home feeling sad. However, her mother tells her that she had drawn the divine elephant ‘Airavata ‘ and tries to cheer her up. Later that night she has a surprise visitor- Airavata.

Read the story to find out what happens next.
