Mon Amour! With words unsaid thou chose to bid adieu,

Memories of yore swirl amidst all spaces void,

Alas! My ambling days are now fraught with solitude,

I pine for thy warmth in my frosted life.

Memories of yore swirl amidst all spaces void,

As I recall the ardent love betwixt our fluttering hearts,

The chromatic sky witnessed the fond stories that we weaved,

A mirthful journey ’twas across seasons vast.

Alas! My ambling days are now fraught with solitude,

The deafening silence drowns me in daunting grief,

Cherished sepia pictures are faded by my tears moist,

As I play the framed moments in ceaseless loops.

I pine for thy warmth in my frosted life,

Marooned, I stand like a skeletal tree so frail,

My impassioned plea seems muted amidst the gusty wind,

In vain I seek solace beside thy silent grave.
