I toss and turn several times in my bed,
Yawn, stretch and let my resting limbs spread,
With great efforts I reach out to snooze the alarm,
Boy! Agitated seems my sleepy arm,
Dreams that were paused play in my mind once again,
Weaving scenes of fantasy, busy seems my brain,
Cacophony from the mundane world I consciously avoid,
Oh, how the thought of those rigmarole chores get me annoyed,
It’s way past sunrise and the household work that has piled up might be crazy,
But I don’t have any mood to wake up yet, ‘cause , Baby! I’m busily lazy…
