My Heart is like an ocean,
Ocean that’s dangerously deep,
Deep beyond unfathomable depths,
Depths, to naked eye, invisible,
Invisible with turbulent stories,
Stories from the bygone past,
Past memories of pain and scarred failures,
Failures several that led me to success,
Success that shone with light,
Light that radiated from a lantern,
Lantern that was held by you,
You, concealed within an oyster,
Oyster that held a pearl within my heart…

This poem is written as a Daisy Chain: The last word in the line becomes the first word of the next line. To end the poem, the last word is the same as the first word.
