The sky echoes with hues carmine,
With mauve memories I entwine,
Salvaging vestiges I pine.
Alas! My intermittent breaths have now turned lackluster,
Songs of love dangle disjointed, how they seem to stutter,
The sanguine blooms of spring to my eyes seem harshly bitter.
My days amble in silence,
My pleas don’t bridge the distance,
Hope is caged in dark dungeons.
The wind blows untamed,
O’er those moments framed,
My grief can’t be tamed.
My love! Where are you?
Please see my storms brew,
How can I get through?
