My cocooned dreams stayed dormant,

Muted for days many,

They wallowed in doubts several,

Wondering if ; they could ever fly,

Grow wings and soar high…

Rays of hope shimmered within,

They nudged and prodded them to shun all the inhibitions, 

Fueled, they did introspect in solitude,

Metamorphosed and emerged with wings colored in myriad hues,

At last I realized, dreams can be achieved,  but the process can be slow,

But in the labored process, beauteous wings they do grow.
