Every night when all the lights cease,
The darkness from the days fails to linger,
To a dreamland I mirthfully embark,
Traversing territories that reality flashed a stop,
I lie down in the verdant meadows mellow,
Forgetting the ramshackled roof that echoes,
I befriend the inhabitants from the sweet wilderness,
Unmindful of the hostile world that spews bitterness,
Unshackled, I roam blurring borders,
Away from the mortal world that refrains from being borderless,
During the dreary day though my cacophonic mind seems to crumble into pieces,
I piece it back during nightly silent escapades in the realm surreal.
